How to make ?
Start small, free of charge, with just a practice of 5-10 minutes a day.
start by sitting comfortably,
put your hands on your knees,
relax your body with each exhalation,
don’t strain your muscles, your breathing happens voluntarily because at that moment we have no control over anything,
let your eyes close gently…
now just connect with your breath participating in each process,
feeling and being present in every part of your body!
